Returns: No returns without prior authorization and with a RMA number.

Warranty:

CIRcorp warrants that all fiber cable assemblies produced by our company will conform to all specifications, statements of work and other requirements set forth in the confirmed purchase order received from customer.

CIRcorp warrants that all fiber cable assemblies produced by our company will be free from material defects in materials and workmanship and, except for any products manufactured or developed in accordance with a detailed design furnished by customer, shall be free from material defects in design.

CIRcorp shall repair or replace defective or non-conforming products or parts of products free of charge to customer. Under normal usage and installation of the products by a certified installation company for the life of the products from the date of delivery. Replaced or corrected products shall be warranted under the same manner from the date of delivery of the product.

CIR accepts responsibility for the returning shipment charges and risk of loss of products returned under warranty and for subsequent returns to customer. The customer shall be responsible for the in-bound shipment of the returned products for the warranty purposes.
